Member Services Manager
Houston Police FCU is a $300 million full-service financial institution serving more than 25,000 members of the Houston Police Department and their families.
We are now accepting applications for a Manager for our Member Services Department.
We need a highly proactive professional to oversee all aspects of the Member Service area. The responsibilities include supervision, training, and development of a staff of 13. This department provides service to our members in the areas of new accounts, lending, and all aspects of member account needs. This manager is also responsible for department service, accuracy, and meeting of goals.
This position requires previous management and credit union experience.
